Split Muscle Breast Augmentation
Dr. Kremer learned this ground-breaking technique while studying in Los Angeles, then perfected the procedure at his plastic surgery clinic in Munich. His split pectoral muscle technique is unique as it doesn't follow traditional implant procedures which are placed either on top of the chest muscle (epipectoral) or underneath it (sub pectoral).
The split pectoral muscle technique takes advantage of both pockets by combining both pockets and cutting out their disadvantages. The technique involves splitting the muscle at a certain level and so creating an implant pocket which is epi- and subpectoral: the upper subpectoral pocket covers the top part of the round implant and anchors it in this position, while the lower epipectoral pocket leaves the lower part of the implant lying on top of the muscle but still under the skin and breast tissue, thus providing the highest level of fullness.
E-lipo™
Enzyme liposuction, another innovative technique developed by Dr. Kremer, combines all that is best in current fat removal procedures - infiltration, fat melting and suction removal - whilst avoiding all the pitfalls such as irregular contours, excessive bruising and long duration of the procedure.
This technique is a straightforward two-step procedure involving infiltration of fat pockets with suction removal. The target area is flooded with a salt solution containing numbing painkillers, adrenaline and the key enzyme cocktail which literally melts the fat within minutes. The enzyme solution moves into the fat cells, causing them to break down into a mush that is very easily removed using suction and tiny cannulae. This solution enables the surgeon to completely suction all of the fat safely and efficiently, without pulling, poking or jabbing inside the body.
